Memory Care

Memory care facilities are designed for individuals with memory-related conditions like dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Most memory care facilities have secured or locked areas to prevent them from wandering/exist seeking. They provide a safe, structured, and engaging environment with trained staff who offer personalized care to meet the needs of each resident. Memory facilities residents receive around-the-clock care and supervision to ensure their safety and well-being. They provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, personal hygiene, mobility, ambulation and transfer. Memory care facilities offer a variety of activities that helps patients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or other memory-related issues.
